ExperienceSites is a studio brand of Velour Labs. This page sets out who operates the site, how it handles data, and the terms under which it is offered.
Operator
This website is operated and published by Velour Labs. ExperienceSites is a brand and studio of Velour Labs; all rights in the site, and all responsibility for its content, rest with Velour Labs.
For any legal, privacy or press matter, contact Velour Labs at hello@experiencesites.io. Enquiries are answered by a person, not a queue.
Intellectual property
The design, code, motion systems, written content and visual identity of this site are the property of Velour Labs and may not be copied, reused or adapted without its prior written permission.
Client projects shown here remain the property of their respective owners. Their names, marks and recordings appear solely to document work carried out by Velour Labs, and stay with those owners.
Privacy
Velour Labs keeps data collection to the minimum the site needs to function. This site runs no analytics, sets no advertising cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address as a technical part of delivering them.
Details you submit through the application form are sent to Velour Labs and used only to respond to your enquiry. They are never sold or passed to third parties for marketing, and are deleted once the conversation has run its course.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@experiencesites.io. Velour Labs is the controller responsible for that data.
Terms of use
This site and its content are provided by Velour Labs on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer; every engagement begins with a direct agreement between the client and Velour Labs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velour Labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
External links
This site links to live client projects and to Velour Labs’ own channels. Those destinations are outside the control of Velour Labs, and it accepts no responsibility for their content. Responsibility for any linked page rests with its own operator.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Velour Labs is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the place of business of Velour Labs. Should any provision be or become invalid, the remainder stays in force. Velour Labs may update this notice as the site or the law changes; the current version always lives at this address.
